This company is the Swedish developer and manufacturer of the CNC Lathe Milling machine which will be manufactured in East Africa for sale to Technical Institutes there. A "western" version will be marketed worldwide by Ring Machine Tools. Shares are available in this company currently which has a declared capital of 600 000 SEK of which 187 000 is so far paid up. Discussions are underway now on the formation of a company in Ethiopia for which shares will be available later this year.
